After filling out the online registration form and making your payment you'll receive a link to book your hotel room at the host hotel. This link will be available on the confirmation screen in your web browser, and emailed to you with your registration confirmation. Should you prefer to book your room over the phone a number and group code will also be provided.

Yes. A deposit of the 1st night room and tax will be charged to your credit card immediately. This is refundable should you cancel within cancellation window.

Yes. We have a limited number of One Bedroom Suites on the same floor as our social/dungeon space. These are more expensive than standard (Deluxe) rooms or mini suites and can only be booked through us. If you're interested, please book a standard or mini suite room first. Then send a request through our web site to be upgraded to a One Bedroom Suite.

Everyone in your group needs to complete their own event registration and sign the digital waiver. Only one person should proceed with room booking using the link provided. Ensure the number of guests in your room includes any roommates you plan to have. The person booking the room is responsible to pay for the deposit on the room.

You can use the room booking link to make changes to your reservation as long as rooms of the type you need are available. You can also call the hotel to assist you with changes.

Cancellations must be made 48-hours prior by 4pm hotel time to avoid a one night's room and tax penalty. Please note that the Hot Seat Vegas has a different cancellation/refund policy for your event registration.

Resort fee is regularly $39/night per room plus tax. Hot Seat Vegas attendees only pay $20/night per room plus tax. It includes covered self parking for standard sized vehicles (2 per reservation); early check-in (based on availability); baggage storage (gratuity not included); local/800 phone calls; rooftop pool access; fitness center admission; bottled water; boarding pass printout.

The online booking link will allow you to arrive as early as Monday, July 20th and check out as late as Monday, July 27th. If you need more days please call hotel reservations for assistance.
