Rooms ARE still available at the host hotel, and we are working with them to ensure that ALL of our guests are accommodated on floors occupied only by other Hot Seat Vegas guests, even for later registrations.
Registering as soon as possible gives attendees the best chance of being moved to an exclusive-use floor in case of cancellations, and gives our host hotel the best chance of planning ANOTHER exclusive-use floor for our event, even if that floor doesn’t fill up.

Guests arriving early or staying after the event may take advantage of our group rates Monday through Sunday.
All bookings are subject to a discounted resort fee of $20 per night, per room and an occupancy tax of 13%. Taxes and fees are not included in the above nightly rates.
Day Passes
Due to access considerations at the host hotel, day passes will not be available for Hot Seat Vegas this year. If you wish to participate but can't attend the entire event please consider a two or three day pass.
