Is it important to register early?

We need to plan with the host hotel in order to keep everyone together in areas where we can spank and play. Registering early guarantees placement in one of our dedicated room floors.

Why can't I just book using Expedia etc?

By registering through us you will benefit from our negotiated rates and have the best chance of getting a room near other Hot Seat Vegas participants.

What happens if I can't come and need to cancel?

We want you to book early, and we understand that sometimes unforeseen things come up.
 
If you notify us 28 days or more prior to the start of the event you will receive a 100% refund. Otherwise, you will receive a 50% refund, as long as you notify us prior to the start of the event.

How do I get to the host hotel?

Our Las Vegas hotel is easily accessible by car or rideshare service from the Las Vegas airport. If you are driving the resort offers free parking for hotel guests. Visitor parking is available for $30/day on Friday and Saturday and $15/day on all other days

Are shared rooms available?

Yes, there are some rooms with 2 beds which can be shared. It is up to you to pay for the room and find your own roommate. The organizers will help connect people who have these rooms with those looking for someone to share with.

What events are scheduled over the weekend?

While most of the weekend will be unstructured we do have a few things planned to help you connect with other participants. A schedule will be posted approximately 1 month before the event.

Where is nudity permitted at Hot Seat Vegas?

Nudity (both front and rear) and spanking play are only permitted in your room and in the play suite which we are using and making available to Hot Seat attendees.

Nudity (both front and rear) is not permitted in the corridors / halls between rooms and attendees are expected to dress appropriately when moving between rooms and floors.

Although a certain and limited amount of 'play' will occur in the downstairs meeting room area that we are making use of (for example during gaming night) attendees still need to move between their rooms and the conference room dressed appropriately and mindful of the other guests in the hotel who are not there for Hot Seat.

What is the policy on photos and video?

The host hotel prohibits any filming or photography anywhere on the resort grounds without permission from the management.
 
You may take photos / video inside your room if you have consent of all individuals involved.
